– Responsible investments (SFDR 8 and 9) & support for our portfolio companies in monitoring and reducing their carbon emissions;
– Responsible purchasing policy based on 12 rigorous selection criteria;
– Reduction of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions related to digital and transportation use, as well as financing emission-reduction projects;
– Donations to charitable causes (1% of annual revenue): WE ACT (for the Outdoors), Water Family, etc.

2. Social

– Active involvement in local community-based organizations;
– Profit-sharing programs and a commitment to equal pay for work of equal value for all employees.

3. Governance

– Mission-driven company;
– B Corp certification process underway;
– Transparency through the biannual publication of a mission-driven company report, along with an annual CSR report and COP to track the progress of our initiatives.
